Linc Pen and Plastics Ltd. prides itself on being a leading manufacturer and exporter of quality writing instruments in India. Linc has three large state-of-the-art manufacturing units in India located at Two Places in Goa and one in West Bengal.

Linc in Goa is an ISO-9001:2000 certified Unit. All the three Units are well equipped with modern technologies and machineries which help in making a better work environment and thus resulting in production of quality writing instruments at competent prices. All our Units operate under strict quality control standards, ensuring the superior quality of all Linc products.
Facilities:
Linc manufactures Ball pens, Gel pens, Direct Fill pens, Ball Pen Refills etc. All manufacturing Units are divided into several departments like :

Injection moulding

Extrusion

Auto-Refilling

Assembling & Checking

Packing

We have well trained Professionals for managing these departments having a single aim-
"TO GIVE QUALITY PRODUCTS AT REASONABLE PRICE".
Linc uses the Injection moulding process for making value added products made in a rare blend of style and elegance. These products are well accepted by consumers as they know craftsmanship and quality has no compromise.

The Extrusion process is used for manufacturing Refill tubes and barrels for Direct Fill pens which are in great demand both in the Domestic and Export markets.

The auto refill section has facilities for both ball pens refills and gel pen refills. The complete process of refill filling and assembling is done here. Pens are then sent for cleaning excess ink, writing checks, capping and packaging.

All these processes under one roof have led to decrease in our manufacturing cost, allowing us to provide our products at reasonable price to our valuable customers.
